The responsibilities of a batch maker trainee involve assisting batch maker in operating equipment to mix or blend ingredients and chemicals according to customer and production specifications. 

• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Experience in hazardous materials and chemicals
• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed

• Monitor the mixing process to ensure even flow of materials
• Document and record activities and contents of each batch
• Work under the direction of plant manager, operations, and service team
